1) Conducts EHS Site Inspection in all areas of the Plant and ensured remedial action is taken in all EHS Policies and mandatory or statutory regulations.
2) Responsible for the safekeeping and filing of EHS and QMS documents.
3) Ensures that all personnel fully understand and accept all aspects and factors of the Company EHS policies, rules, and regulations.
4) Facilitates completion of required EHS reports, monitoring and tracking logs, instructions, etc.
5) Organizes and continuously develops EHS programs, controls, and teams initiating trainings and drills.
6) Investigates and analyzes EHS unfavorable incidents, and submits recommendations to Management for actions and improvements.
7) Practices and implements EHS principles in the work area and all under the scope of responsibility.
8) Conducts job hazard analysis and recommends measures for prevention of occurrence of unfavorable incidents.
9) Facilitates all necessary coordinations to institute usage of protective gears and equipment as necessary in all areas. Reports to Management for every non-compliance found.
10) Participates actively in the EIP - Employee Involvement Program.
11) Ensures awareness to all personnel the systems of Fire Prevention, First Aide, Evacuation Methods, and other EHS Procedures.
12) Effectively implements all responsibilities written in the QMS Procedures.
13) Ensures awareness to all personnel the safe methods and uses in Operations (manual and machinery), as well all the EHS hazards. Facilitates all necessary activities to ensure the whole Plant is well maintained and in Safe working condition.
14) Facilitates activities to ensure all Machines and Equipments are in good and safe condition to operate.
15) Supports in establishing, implementing and maintaining the EHS under the guidance of EHSMR
