Job Summary:
The EHS Engineer will implement programs to ensure compliance of the Company to global EHS product compliance, customer requirements, and regulatory requirements on Conflict Minerals. He/She facilitates the collection, analysis, aggregation of global metrics/data, and completion of Conflict Minerals Report, Greenhouse Gas Report, EHS metrics, external disclosures (e.g. Sustainability Report, CDP, DJSI) and maintenance of ADI's EHS website. He/She implements standardized programs across all ADI sites where needed.
He/She liaises with various internal groups (e.g. Global EHS, Sustainability, Customer Quality, Sales, Subcon Quality, Purchasing, etc.) to provide assurance to customers on compliance of ADI products to global environmental directives, compliance of ADI operations to customer EHS requirements, assess relevant suppliers' compliance to ADI EHS requirements; support global environmental/sustainability reporting and programs implementation.
Qualifications:
Degree in Environmental Engg/Science, ChE, ME, Chemistry or related discipline.
May be familiar with product compliance regulations (e.g. Conflict Minerals, REACH, EU RoHS, China RoHS) and Environmental, Health and Safety regulatory requirements
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be organized, detail oriented and proactive
Highly collaborative
Strong data analysis skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Passionate about environmental protection and sustainability efforts
