Job Description
Create reports and sustain licenses for DOLE, DOH, PDEA and PNP regulations.
Ensure the compliance of the company with regards to Basic Occupational, Safety and Health Standards and other appropriate safety legal requirements.
Conduct trainings for safety orientation, safe work practices and other related subject matter.
Conduct walkthrough audits and reporting
Conduct incident/accident investigations, verify near miss and assign corrective actions
Act as secretary of ERT and Safety Committee
Performs safety procedures at all times
Assist the PCO in all matters of Environmental, Health and Safety Management System.
Submit and communicate with government offices all legal documents
Job Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
2-4 years or more relevant experience working in a safety role
Knowledgeable in all aspects of safety (training, legal requirements, submission timing)
Ability to conduct and prepare for audits
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to interact professionally with different department to deal with requests, issues and priorities.
Ability to solve problem systematically.
Self-motivated; able to take initiative and effectively prioritize work for self.
