Job Title: EHS Compliance Officer
Job Description
The role will require the candidate to to support Cluster EHS Manager in managing Concentrix Regional Sites. Responsibilities for the role includes:
1. Deep understanding of EHS information and programs particularly on laws & regulations (minimum and penalty-bearing requirements), benchmarking studies and industry best practices to develop and implement strategies in order to achieve goals and objectives.
2. Assist in developing and improving EHS processes and procedures in PH.
3. Conduct risk assessment of assigned cluster identifying risks and at the same time developing mitigation and remediation plans.
4. Provide expert assistance in crisis/emergency events impacting sites covered in the cluster.
5. Monitor compliance for all EHS-related procedures.
Qualification:
Bachelor degree in related field or more than 7 years experience in Environment, Health and Safety
At least 3 years in Management role
More than 2 years of Safety Officer 3 or higher Safety qualification (Practitioner or Consultant-level)
Pollution Control Officer/Managing Head accreditation or experience (if expired)
Skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving & organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in technology and equipment used in environmental inspections
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite or equivalent
