Job Description
Restoration of EG/SG client's circuits. Collaborate with 3rd party contractors/vendors. Ensures tickets are promptly attended/restored within the committed SLA. Ensures service efficiency.

Knowledgeable in datacom, radio, IP protocols, all transport media (wired - copper, fiber optics, rf -microwave technology and VSAT. 24/7 on-call. Can work night shifts, weekend & holidays. Work with teams and can handle pressure of work well.
