Ecommerce Supervisor in Ortigas  
 
 
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN Wordpress or Woocommerce
Will handle the website backend with expertise in wordpress and woocommerce
 
 
Working schedule: Mon-Sat; 9-6pm
Should be willing for an on call sched since you will be handling website 
 
 
 
-Primarily responsible for overseeing and managing ecommerce department of a company with a significant online presence.
-Handle decision-making for the website, social media accounts, and online advertising
-Responsible for research and development of new online marketing strategies, and for hiring and training the rest of the Ecommerce division.
-Responsible for determining the format and features of the website in order to maximize clarity and ease of navigation for customers. Supervisor will liaise with the -Digital Marketing Manager to develop and later the website as needed.
-Expected to oversee the entire e-commerce division and divide up employees on tasks. Supervisor will also be responsible for interviewing, bringing their preferred candidates to upper management, and providing necessary training.
-Analyze all e-commerce transactions, recommends improvements to enhance customer experience, and effectively assist all internal teams by providing support to all logistics activities.
-Supervise all e-commerce transaction concerns and able ot provide an appropriate, simplest, and most convenient solution as needed.
-Oversee and manage the levels of inventory on the e-commerce store by implementing an effective inventory tracking system.
-Regularly analyzes webstore inventory levels to predict potential problems and ensure a smooth flow on all e-commerce activities.
