MDM Systems, Inc. is in need of an eCommerce Specialist.
Day Shift Schedule, Weekend Off, Competitive Salary, Medical and Dental Insurance
The role will involve, but is not limited to
• Create new product listings, keywords, titles, categories and descriptions for eBay/Amazon/Website
• Organize photos for new listings - Basic Graphic Design such as deep etch, image clipping, image resizing/renaming, adding layers/embellishments to suit business stores like eBay and/or Amazon
• Optimize existing product listings, keywords, titles, categories and descriptions
• Implement changes and updates to product descriptions for top performing products
• Ensure that all products listed are getting published
• Updating stock levels for product
• Keyword research
• Product pricing and costing
• Product sales and Competitor analysis (analyse information and make educated decisions to improve marketplace visibility and conversions)
• Creating and managing sales and promotions of products
• Creating and analyzing sales/traffic/data reports
• Provides Customer Service Support through email, chat and phone
• Updating shipping methods for products
• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of content in all listings
• Work with others in the company to learn and get feedback about strategies
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• With Administrative / backend office task and Customer Service Experience (preferably in eCommerce)
• Knowledge with eCommerce, Website backend and Marketplaces (ebay, Amazon, Lazada or similar)
• Good working knowledge and skills with WordPress, Neto, Shopify Plus, Hootsuite Photoshop, Google Suite. Microsoft office, Magento, Asana, Catch Feeder, Street Pricer, and Karoso
