Description
Marketing and Advertising Support
· Create digital marketing campaigns for online websites and social media channels.
· Write content for websites, email and social media.
· Design and write e-communications like e-newsletters and text campaigns.
· Deliver new, innovative ways of presenting the merchandise to increase customer engagement and loyalty.
· Develop new on-line marketing projects and campaigns, with particular emphasis on electronic and internet-based strategies to promote the Company's digital media brand communications to internal and external audience.
2. Market Research and Monitoring
· Develop market research surveys and work with customers in focus groups.
· Respond to market research, competition monitoring, focus groups and customer satisfaction.
· Keep abreast of digital developments and demonstrate how these have enhanced the customer experience.
· Devise target market e-strategies in response to customer demand and behavior, competitor activity, and official needs.
3. Innovation and Improvement
· Present and implement new media techniques as well as social media, and in monitoring their effectiveness and by introducing appropriate improvements and changes.
· Develop creative, targeted digital marketing solutions in line with the Company brand needs.
