Research new Shopify apps and provide options that meet the clients needs
Integrate new tools with the site (like Klarna, apps, ESPs), and pixels for marketing programs
Liaison with dev team to deliver requested site functionality updates and projects - including providing project estimates and presenting options with how to proceed
Update content across multiple ecommerce sites, including product uploads, landing pages, and merchandising
Help optimize the site for SEO including adding new blog posts and tweaking site copy & metafields
Responsible for managing site content and ensure timely execution of promotional & product go live schedules
Coordinate with creative team on web assets needed to carry out marketing calendar
Email/SMS marketing - help to coordinate, plan and execute campaigns & automated campaigns using Klaviyo and Attentive
Execute and compile Weekly Sales Reporting to track the client's sales performances on digital
Generate reports that help drive insights on how to improve site conversion, UX, customer retention and analyze marketing campaign performance
Make suggestions for improving site speed & performance.
At least 3 years of ecommerce experience
Possess an understanding of of trends, needs and innovations in the ecommerce industry
Experience with Shopify and knowledge of Shopify best practices to make strategic recommendations
Experience with Magento a plus
Experienced with HTML, Image editing etc
Experience with tagging and google tag manager a plus
Experience with ESPs, Klaviyo a plus
Well versed in Google Analytics
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
