About the Job:
The Customer Service Representative will provide customer service for electronic products such as High-definition Consumer goods, Smartphones, Tablets & Home Automation Devices. The CSRS will also be responsible for upselling, closing the sale and providing technical assistance through web-chat and email-based communication tools. This position is very similar to customer service in a retail environment, where it is critical to guide customers to the best products that meet their needs and encourage them to make the purchase, just over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive inbound inquiries for orders, and subscriptions, while also providing advice and product information
Providing timely resolution to customer queries and complaints in a professional manner and in accordance with established guidelines
Troubleshooting and resolving customer service issues and schedule field service calls when necessary
Retaining customers and preventing from disconnecting services, repair and respond to diverse types of inquiries
Candidate must have at least 1 year of call cent experience. (with at least 6 months of Sales or Upselling experience.) or;
Candidate without call center experience is welcome to apply
At least a high school graduate.
Willing to work on Cubao or Katipunan site.
At least 20 - 25 MBPS internet connection.
