Store Manager (eCommerce)
What are we looking for:
Multiplymii is in search of a Store Manager (eCommerce) who is self-driven, ambitious, and digitally savvy. You will be working with our Israeli-based client who provides their partners and clients with a leading edge in the ever dynamic and competitive Digital Advertising arena. In this role, you will be responsible for the setup, execution, and managing of store sales funnels to improve sales and resonate with the brand's identity.
Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English communication in both written and verbal. The ideal candidate has a passion for work, a keen eye for detail, and should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This role is 100% remote work.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Build and manage website online store activity in relation to design, performance, sales, conversion, and a/b testing and reporting
Develop and implement eCommerce strategy in order to improve website performance
Setup, execute, and manage store sales funnels to improve sales and resonate with the brand's identity
Work with the marketing team or manage digital marketers in order to improve quality and traffic acquisition
Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website and store performance
Analyze various data in order to deliver data-driven sales funnels strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve KPIs
Report on performance
About You:
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
Experience developing and overseeing digital marketing strategies
Excellent understanding of web design and web analysis
Strong marketing and tech background
Understanding and experience in, Shopify, WordPress, Woocommerce, UX, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, and Google Analytics
Knowledge of Attribution modeling, store sales funnels/sales journey optimization, website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, traffic analysis, and reporting tools
Solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks.
Hands-on proficiency in design best practices and tools (Photoshop, Canva) - is a PLUS.
Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment.
High level of attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
Creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
