Our client is a fast-growing Australian ecommerce business offering a wide range of furniture and home decors. They are seeking to recruit 2 Full-time eCommerce Admins to join their Product Listing team.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Ownership of the product listing production process
Product listing sits at the front and back of the production process: verifying information before it goes to copywriting and image retouching, and finally uploading written content with images ensuring that it is linked to the correct SKU, colour variations, size dimensions, etc.
Prepare data within Excel submission sheets to complete the end to end process of uploading new ranges to the website.
Ensure product submissions from suppliers are provided with correct details, are imported correctly and stock updates are received in a timely manner
Build awareness of each category's performance, arrival of new stock, aged stock and recommend action where necessary
Work closely with product content and studio teams to ensure that all products are accurately represented on the website to maximise sales and customer satisfaction
Ad-hoc administrative tasks
Requirements
Ideal candidate characteristics:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; information inputted by the successful candidate will be placed on to the website and be seen by customers - incorrect information will have dire circumstances, ranging from unhappy customers which will impact company image, to incorrect pricing which will impact to company revenue
Strong time management skills; proven ability to work to set deadlines, and efficiently satisfy competing workload demands
Strong attention to detail; proven problem solving ability
Strong computer literacy; Google search in Gmail, fluency in Microsoft Excel (SUMIF, COUNTIF, PIVOT TABLES, VLOOKUP) and Excel keyboard shortcuts (what is the shortcut for highlighting row/column? auto-adjust to cell width/height, etc) with an aptitude and desire to take it further, intermediate Microsoft Word, Google Sheets
Strong work ethic; with a proven ability to produce high quality work
Experience:
3 years experience using Excel at an intermediate level
2-3 years ecommerce experience, this could include customer service with web stores on platforms like eBay or Amazon
Basic requirements:
Excellent working computer (Desktop or laptop)
Reliable wired internet connection (Speed should be at least 10Mbps for download and 5Mbps for upload)
