Job Description
The role include the following:
Uploading and ensuring the accuracy of new product information on the site,
Regular maintenance of promotional banners and onsite marketing materials,
Order processing ready for the finance team to take care of,
Sales reporting
Data entry
Following up on customer enquiries.
Example of your weekly tasks:
- Keeping product lead times up to date
- Implementing marketing banners, timers and discounts
- Creating discount codes
- Investigating site issues with product ordering files
- Password resets and account creation
- Pricing and product updates
Qualifications
This is a role for someone who has great attention to detail, problem solving skills and is able to learn the intricacies of our product and supply chains. You must be able to speak and type English to a high level, Magento experience is preferred but not required. A background in website admin and HTML is essential.
