The Business Manager will assist the Country Manager in supervising the work of all departments, designing strategies for new business opportunities and accounts, and assisting in regular assessments of company performance and quarterly budget analysis. Responsibilities will include determining operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats; defining project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements; build dashboards, templates for easy data capture, analyses and insights.
A university degree holder, preferably with a post-graduate certificate in business management
With at least three (3) years of work experience of a similar role in advertising, marketing, or business development
Possesses good analytical thinking and a process-oriented individual
Has outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
With experience in creating and/or assessing P&L and business models
