Job Description I. STRATEGIZING * Check weekly competitors' promotions and provide updates on competitors' online campaigns, product launches, product assortment, SIS/PDP/TNs design and deals/offers. * Provide insights on similarities and diff Job Description I. STRATEGIZING Check weekly competitors' promotions and provide updates on competitors' online campaigns, product launches, product assortment, SIS/PDP/TNs design and deals/offers. Provide insights on similarities and differences between competitor's strategy vs our own brand strategy and mega campaign strategy vs BAU strategy. Check other brands' strategy on customer acquisition and customer retention (Brand Membership and CEM/Chat Broadcast) and provide insights on what we can adapt. Research trending/in-demand brands, products and content on Social Media platforms. Discover trending Beauty KOLs/Influencers or media personalities for possible partnerships or features. II. PLANNING Assist the e-commerce team in the planning of promotions and campaigns. Create scripts for E-Commerce Livestreams and contact/book hosts. Generate ideas on what marketing pushes to implement for campaigns and develop a plan for execution. Develop plans on how to improve customer acquisition and customer retention via platform tools like Brand Membership and CEM/Chat Broadcast. III. EXECUTION Perform hygiene checks to ensure prices, discounts, SIS banners, links and thumbnails are set up correctly. Assist and support the E-Commerce team to execute day to day operations and maintenance of online platforms, including but limited to: a. Ensure healthy stock levels on all or on specifically assigned platforms. b. Check account health and report fulfillment delays and store violations to avoid incurring penalties. Prepare and send products needed in Livestreams and products that need to be sent to platform/partners. Ensure implementation of Brand Membership benefits and visibility. Carry out ad hoc tasks as assigned. IV. REVIEW Submit comparative report of promotions vs other brands after big campaigns. Create E-Commerce livestream reports and analyze livestream data. Analyze data on customer acquisition and retention and effectivity of Brand Membership and CEM/Chat Broadcast activities. Create ad hoc reports and analysis. V. Others Align with E-Commerce team on tasks and any other work-related activities. Perform any other tasks or requests assigned by Team Leader/ Brand General Manager Requirements Qualification and Experience Graduated from a reputable College/University Minimum of 2 years related working experience Experience of e-commerce is a plus Prior experience in FMCG, retail, beauty and e-commerce industry is preferred Skill Sets . Microsoft Office fluency . Knowledgeable in e-commerce industry is a plus . Familiarity with digital marketing is a plus Personal Attributes . Creative and flexible. Enjoys working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment . Hardworking, able to work under high pressure to meet deadlines . Committed to not only get the job done but to get the job done well .
