Fresh Talent Sourcing is looking for an E-mail & Graphics Specialist - Remote. The ideal candidate is someone who can develop visual aspects, such as logos, fonts, and images, to complement written materials for print, the web, or other media and create email marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
Responsibilities:
Creates email - create marketing campaigns to promote products or services. Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling. Include specific graphics, incentives, and detailed descriptions. Review messages for brevity. Send messages to those who have opted in for messages. Include persuasive 'call-to-actions in advertisements and promotions.
Ensure marketing message and create databases - ensure that messages are conveyed clearly and delivered properly to prospects. Ensure messages are sent in proper form and template. Develop a personalization strategy. Ensure messages are mobile-friendly. Create a database of emails for lead generation. Follow up on interested respondents.
Create visual text and imagery concepts - by hand or using computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. Develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports, etc.
Meet specific commercial or promotional needs - such as packaging, displays, logos, or imagery for print and digital uses including banner ads, social media posts, website graphics, magazine advertorials, etc.
Use a variety of mediums to achieve artistic or decorative effects - often select the type, font, size, color, and line length of headlines, headings, and text. Decide how images and text work together in a specific layout. Transform statistical data into visual graphics and diagrams, creating infographics, which can make complex ideas more accessible.
Customer success - will be answering technical questions of clients.
Qualifications:
Good at graphics, templates, social media posts/design/PowerPoint/ along with Customer
Familiar or has an extensive knowledge with Active Campaign
Email Marketing & Campaigns experience is a plus
Great customer service, edit templates, knows what questions to ask, help with tech

Has an experience in scheduling postings
Has an experience in Customer Success Management over multiple accounts
