Order & Logistics Management
Extraction and oversight of orders from website and marketplaces.
Maintenance of Shared Delivery Google Worksheet, which includes the following:
Proper segregation of orders by shipping method on the shared Google Worksheet
Ensures that all order details are correct and complete before uploading to sheets
Responsible for ALL order edits and ensures that changes are aligned from website to shared sheets.
Takes lead to make sure that ALL processed orders are delivered on time
Payment verification or bank deposits/transfer and creation of consolidated daily report
Coordination with CSR, warehouse, courier partners, and customers.
Preparation of routing sheet and provincial order monitoring
Online Inventory Management
Strategically manage inventory across all online portals (website and marketplaces), particularly during big sales/promos.
Ensures that all product details uploaded on website and marketplace are correct.
Uploading of new products or updating of existing items as needed.
Makes necessary adjustments on online inventory that are affected by order edits, freebies, coupons, etc.
Coordination with audit and warehouse team for stock replenishment, with approval of management.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with Wordpress / Woocommerce is a plus
Can easily adapt to a fast-paced industry
Has strong attention to details
Flexible work hours. Applicant must be willing to work long, irregular hours when needed
Possesses a professional attitude. Applicant will be required to oversee a team and present to superiors
