Job Summary:
Our client is a well-positioned Marketing/Advertising company based in Sydney, Australia, is looking for a talented E-Commerce Specialist who has a knowledge and good understanding of the E-commerce management platforms.
The candidate must have a working knowledge in the basic E-commerce platforms and task required who needs minimal guidance. A self-starter and has an initiative to investigate and find solutions to problems.
Job Description:
-Data management - Exporting data, update/clean/change import back. Migrating data from one system, convert to an appropriate format for another system and import, troubleshoot any issues, fix reimport.
-Marketplaces management - list products on marketplaces, update data for marketplaces, fix errors, map categories, etc.
-Setting up Google Shopping/Facebook Catalogue.
-Effectively review and respond to clients' enquiries, validate, raise tasks in PM tool, fix issues or monitor execution by other parties.
-Able to work alongside designers and developers in finding solutions and able to effectively communicate client's requirements, monitor, and test implementation.
Requirements
Job Qualifications:
-3 + years' experience with eCommerce platforms such as Neto/ Magento/ Shopify/ Big Ecommerce is a must. Including functions and processes associated with data management, feeds, multi-channel, inventory management etc. and ability to understand the differences in product data requirements, shipping configurations, category mapping etc.
-Familiarity with at least 2 of the following marketplace platforms: eBay, Amazon, Catch, Kogan and knowledge of integration software like M2E Pro, Codisto, Omnivore, Cresco Data.
-Advance knowledge or an expert on MS excel, knows how to manipulate/process/clean-up/convert data and analytical skills to draw conclusions from data
-Working knowledge with HTML, CSS and other languages or graphic design skills are highly advantageous
-Business developments skill such as prospects research and able to maintain good relationship.
-Ability and willingness to learn new technical skills (find solutions to problems) from documentation and ask the right questions.
-A team player and an enthusiast who's willing to 'go the extra mile' work ethic
-An intuitive grasp of brand with a 'customer first' approach
-Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
-Keen attention to detail and excellent time management skills who gets the job done in reasonable time
