Primary Responsibilities of the Customer Support Representative:
Assist customers by phone, e-mail, and chat.
Solve customer problems in a simple and efficient way
Follow Standard Operating Procedures.
Assist in answering team member's questions
Requirements:
2 years of e-commerce customer service experience with a company based in the USA. Preferably in the apparel industry, but other e-commerce industries are fine.
Experience handling phone support
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Can easily adapt to changes at work
Skilled in using hotkeys and working with spreadsheets.
Have a positive attitude every day
Team player
Type at least 60 WPM.
Nice to Haves:
Experience with Gorgias, Loop Returns, Shopify, and Shipstation.
Preferred Working Hours:
8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Pacific Standard Time
Salary and Benefits:
Salary: Depending On Experience
