Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinates and collaborates with other stakeholders to digitalize the web products and chatbot
Designs customer journey in the digital channel
Handles digital check in (experience journey)
Identifies customer pain points to design solutions resulting to an intuitive and persuasive user experience across digital channels
Oversees the development of new digital products from inception to launch
Qualifications:
Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in the field of e-commerce digitalization initiatives
Must have a good presentation skills
Has knowledge on technical designing of customer journey map (e.g., UX UI, agile environment, figma tool)
Has experience in handling product road map
Can start immediately
