Serves customers by providing product and service information and by resolving product and service problems with regard to Marketplace applications.
Maintains customer records in Marketplace applications.
Tracks and monitors customer orders and updates order status in Marketplace applications.
Identifies Order Type or Sales Type (whether Cash or Installment) in Marketplace applications.
For motorcycle loan applications, performs the following duties and responsibilities:
a. Views and checks completeness of information in online application reports using Google
b. Calls customer to get more details about loan application
c. Generates and provides missing information on behalf of the customer
d. Encodes detailed customer information for customer's preferred branch using Kastle loan application
e. Notifies Credit Verifier once customer information has been encoded in Kastle loan application
f. Informs customer about the results of his/her loan application
Checks for fictitious, fraudulent or suspicious online order/s in Marketplace applications.
Reviews any customer's concern in Marketplace applications, then calls the customer for feedback and/or clarification.
Whenever necessary, executes order cancellation and selects reason for cancellation in Marketplace applications.
Views and generates reports in Marketplace applications, and submits the reports to Store Operations Manager for review.
Recommends potential products or services to Store Operations Manager by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
Accomplishes all other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Sales-related course or equivalent
Familiarity with office software and phone systems is a plus
Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and time management skills
Previous experience, especially in motorcycle business or industry, is preferred
Experience in eCommerce is an additional advantage
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Customer Service Financial Services 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
