Join us in scaling our global e-commerce presenceThe RoleAs an E-Commerce Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining and growing our online stores. Your responsibilities include managing product listings, handling shipping preparations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations. This is a remote role, so you'll be expected to work independently while staying closely coordinated with our team.Key Responsibilities1. Listing ManagementCreate and manage product listings across 10 online stores on platforms such as eBay, Amazon, and Shopify.Prepare detailed item descriptions, SKUs, product photos, and other required information according to platform guidelines.Maintain and regularly update listings to ensure accuracy and compliance.2. Shipping and Order FulfillmentUse ShipStation to prepare and manage shipping rules and labels.Email shipping labels and order details promptly to the shipping department once orders are received.3. Inventory and E-Commerce MaintenanceMonitor and manage inventory levels across all platforms to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.Ensure product information, pricing, and availability remain accurate and up to date.4. Social Media Integration and ContentAssist in linking online stores to social media platforms including Facebook Shop, TikTok Shop, Twitter, and others.Provide advice and support on social media content, including posting video content on YouTube.5. Continuous ImprovementStay updated with e-commerce trends and platform changes.Suggest and implement strategies to optimize our online presence and drive sales.RequirementsQualifications / RequirementsProven experience managing online stores on platforms such as eBay, Amazon, and Shopify.Strong knowledge of e-commerce operations, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment.Familiarity with ShipStation or similar shipping management tools.Experience linking and managing e-commerce stores with social media platforms.Basic knowledge of content creation and social media marketing (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook Shop).Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling product and sales data.BenefitsWhy Join Us?
