Role Summary:
As the E-commerce Manager, you shall be responsible in developing, analyzing and executing tactical and strategic B2C sales and new customer acquisition initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
eCommerce Campaigns
Innovate and implement new eCommerce B2C sales strategies across multiple channels including Shopee, Lazada, MetroDeal, etc.
Ensure quick implementation or termination of eCommerce campaigns based on performance tracking.
Work closely with the marketing teams in HQ and PH in developing, implementing, and optimizing eCommerce ads, campaigns and calendar.
Keep updated with eCommerce and digital acquisition trends.
Performance, Analytics and Administrative
Has knowledge and skills on analytics and reporting tools including but not limited to Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.
Creates performance reports on the strategies and campaigns implemented, with analysis and recommendations, including ROI, ROAS, etc.
Perform other duties related to to the role, such as budget management, payment processing, etc
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:
Education : College/university graduate, preferably with a degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or any related field.
Experience : 4-5 years working experience in B2C eCommerce sales and acquisitions.
Software Application : MS Office or Google Docs.
Other Requirements : Has valid and unexpired passport.
Must be good in written and oral English.
Must have excellent negotiation skills and excellent rapport.
Must be organized multi-tasker, team player and good eye for detail.
