We are looking for a data-driven analyst, passionate in e-commerce marketing and growth, to analyse e-commerce performance across all digital touchpoints. You will be working with our client in the US, promoting eco-friendly, sustainable furniture and homewares. This role will translate analytics into an actionable plan, generate new sales lead and provide strategic business recommendations to improve conversion funnel.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyse daily and weekly sales according to KPI;
Extract and analyse multiple marketing data sources to monitor the progress of campaigns and translate insights into actionable marketing initiatives;
Track product performance and monitor conversions across platforms;
Establish a comprehensive customer segmentation analysis to understand customer behaviour better and implement effective target marketing;
Recommend digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand;
Develop and execute lead generation strategies and generate new sales lead, identifying new customers, and their current and future needs;
Analyse industry and competitor trends and recommend product selections and combinations;
Evaluate end-to-end customer experiences across sales channels;
Manage Google Analytics, including creating and implementing custom dashboards, custom goals and funnels and customised report;
Collaborate with Digital Marketing and Content Specialist, E-commerce Store Manager to identify and explore levers needed to improve product performance and marketing ROI;
Requirements
In-depth knowledge of e-commerce market platforms - Shopify, Amazon, Lazada
Ability to interact with external and internal stakeholders with confidence;
Ability to work well with a team in a fast-paced, continually changing environment;
Outstanding customer service skills and passionate about customer service experience;
Ability to multi-task and meet specific goals set by the CEO;
Ability to troubleshoot and communicate all technical problems in a clear and logical manner
