Description:
We are seeking for a data-driven analyst, passionate in e-commerce marketing and growth, to analyse e-commerce performance across all digital touchpoints. You will be working with our client in the US, promoting eco-friendly, sustainable furniture and homewares. this function will translate analytics into an actionable plan, generate new sales lead and provide strategic business recommendations to improve conversion funnel.
Job responsibilities:
» Monitor and analyse everyday and weekly sales according to KPI;
» Extract and analyse multiple marketing data sources to monitor the progress of campaigns and translate insights into actionable marketing initiatives;
» Track product performance and monitor conversions across platforms;
» Establish a comprehensive customer segmentation analysis to understand customer behaviour better and implement effective target marketing;
» Recommend digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand;
» Develop and execute lead generation strategies and generate new sales lead, identifying new customers, and their current and future needs;
» Analyse industry and competitor trends and recommend product selections and combinations;
» Evaluate end-to-end customer practices across sales channels;
» Manage Google Analytics, including creating and implementing custom dashboards, custom goals and funnels and customised report;
» Collaborate with Digital Marketing and Content Specialist, E-commerce Store Manager to identify and explore levers needed to improve product performance and marketing ROI;
Requirements:
» In-depth expertise of e-commerce market platforms - Shopify, Amazon, Lazada
» capability to interact with external and internal stakeholders with confidence;
» capability to work well with a team in a fast-paced, continually changing environment;
» Outstanding customer service expertise and passionate about customer service practice;
» capability to multi-task and meet specific goals set by the CEO;
» capability to troubleshoot and communicate all technical problems in a clear and logical manner
» Bachelor's degree in E-Commerce, Business Studies, Accounting and similar
» At least three years' practice in data analytics and market research;
» High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics and similar;
» Strong business acumen with good attention to detail;
