We are looking for an Art Director to help us transform the way rugs are sold online! This is a full-time, remote role.

The role
We are looking for a stellar team-member. You'll join our experienced Digital Operations Manager and Head of CX/EX in shaping a strong team culture that you can be proud of.
You will be the brand guardian for Miss Amara.
You will:
Day-to-day ownership of 5 online stores
Support the Digital Project Manager, Content and Marketing teams in releases, new site launches and projects when required.
Manage ecommerce integrations, ensuring sync and listing accuracy, and updating automated emails seasonally
Regular audits of all sites for issues & enhancements & raise tickets where changes are needed.
Ratings and Reviews - checking for negative reviews to reply to and updating automated emails seasonally
Support in managing online projects, from coordinating the input of various stakeholders to briefing the relevant teams for execution and testing
Responsible for set up and execution of all daily/weekly/monthly website changes
The successful candidate
Our new E-Commerce Coordinator will have:
1-2 years Shopify experience, experience in Klaviyo, Monday and Jira also highly regarded
Project management - Support the Digital Operations Manager on ensuring all projects are met within the defined time frame. Working with the business to ensure all projects are running smoothly.
Strong administration and communication skills - setting agendas, taking minutes, sending action points to relevant internal/external stakeholder
