The E-commerce Associate should be able to provide assistance to the e-commerce operation specifically
in achieving sales target of the company.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in monitoring, managing, & updating e-commerce website & Marketplaces such as product
listings, inventory, pictures, web order fulfillment etc. of all brands being handled by the company.
Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly e-commerce reports coming from the websites &
different marketplaces transactions and website analytics.
Assist the E-commerce Manager in opening and setting up various marketplaces within Australia
and in international markets.
Work with the Marketing department in developing and executing promotional campaigns.
Work with Supply and Fulfillment team to ensure that stock counts are up to date and Out-of-
Stock items are being updated in all online sales channels
Work with Customer Support in Handling customer inquiries in all our branded websites, online
stores in different marketplaces, and social shops.
Assist in preparing reconciliation reports of stock items received vs. what we have sold and stock
on hand.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
2 years of e-commerce experience
Displaying detail-oriented and consumer-centric approach
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Good communication skills
Ability to conduct market research and identify current market trends
Familiarity with marketing tactics
Problem solving ability
Ability to manage stressful situations and strict deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools especially Excel
Strong marketing background and having an impressive digital presence
