ON SITE WORK - MAKATI Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role: Your main role is to come up with digital strategy for all e-commerce platforms to increase digital sales. You will collaborate with the supply chain team for the distribution, warehouse and inventory and collaborate with the Marketing Manager for the branding. You will assist the company in developing new products and e-commerce channels to sell through. Duties and Responsibilities: Accountable for company's e-commerce revenue performance, the achievement of profit targets and for aligning sales, marketing, merchandising and allocation, data analytics and digital platform customer service objective with firm's over-all business strategy Directs and oversees the company's digital commerce sales, marketing, merchandising and allocation, data analytics and digital platform customer service policies, objectives and initiatives. Conducts market research and develops business plans for products, services or business lines consistent with the omni/multi-channel/format strategy. Works with the Supply Chain Management and Marketing Department to ensure achievement of inventory days level, order fulfillment and digital marketing metrices. Review marketplace developments/dynamics and adjusts the business plan, including the selling, branding, overall merchandising planning and inventory, pricing and multi-channel strategy that is in line with brand positioning and business strategy.
