JOB BRIEF: E-Business Customer Support Associate
We are looking for an E-Business Customer Support Associate to responsibly help customers with questions or concerns regarding company products and services. As a member of the E-Business team, the Customer Support Associate shall include communicating with customers via E-Meetings, in-person (post-pandemic), over the phone, or email, filling out forms after each interaction to determine frequent customer feedback or questions, and participating in meetings with the customer service team to develop new strategies.
Our ideal candidate is a multi-tasker, organized, has exceptional verbal communication skills, and can adapt to the varying needs of our brands. You should also be punctual, motivated, and detail-oriented.
KEY AREAS OF WORK
- Attends to all sales inquiries across all selling platforms and social media
- Attends, coordinates, and resolves customer complaints
- Data gathering, ensuring data privacy act is not being breached
-Process all received orders and communicate well with sales associates ensuring correctness.
- Ensures advance orders are properly coordinated to all sales associates and commissary (if applicable), following set deadlines.
- Process and record all digital payments. ensure the correctness of data and resolves variances within the business hour.
- Work in tandem with the Unit officer to form sales/ revenue strategy and expense management.
- Assist in forecasting revenue, developing a sustainable business plan to exceed sales budget
- Knowledge of all the products, inventory, and pricing.
