Job Title: Accounting Close - Cost Controller
Location: Manila
Corporate Title: Assistant Vice President
DWS CFO is an extension of Deutsche Asset Management with the Manila team responsible for the delivery of financial services in relation to general accounting and financial reporting. Your role will support the over-all management of end-to-end process and governance on allocations and the transfer pricing related to overhead expense allocations (OEA) and divisional functions transfer pricing (DFTP). Your role will allow you to further strengthen your leadership and stakeholder manager skills given the diverse culture you will experience within the local and global teams.
Your key responsibilities
Lead/coordinate with the business and other divisions/ functions within DB and DWS on the implementation of fee sharing (revenue and cost) agreements, calculation and overhead expense allocations of front office, GTO and Non-GTO, divisional function and infrastructure charges to or from DWS entities
Manage ad-hoc requests and deliverables for internal & external stakeholders
Prepare management packs including cost analysis, drivers and trending commentary packs
Validate and control checks/reviews
Your skills and experience
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, or its Business-related equivalents with Accounting courses
Experience in general accounting process gained from the Financial Services, Audit or BPO industry
Analytical and problem solving skills combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven leadership skills
