Job Title: DWS - Finance Control Oversight Manager
Location: Manila
Corporate Title: Assistant Vice President
DWS CFO is an extension of Deutsche Asset Management with the Manila team responsible for the delivery of financial services in relation to general accounting and financial reporting. Your role will be responsible for providing accurate, timely, complete and independent reporting of DWS' financial position to internal and external stakeholders Your role will allow you to further strengthen your stakeholder management skills given the diverse culture you will experience within the local and global teams.
Your key responsibilities
Support the design, implementation and monitoring of the DWS financial reporting control framework
Support implementation and oversight of the DB Group Financial Regulatory Reporting and Adherence Framework as it pertains to DWS CFO regulatory reporting
Provide audit lifecycle management support in relation to internal and external audits
Act as key contact and subject matter expert for DWS CFO control topics
Your skills and experience
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, or its Business-related equivalents with Accounting courses
Proven experience in audit or other controls-focused area from the Financial Services, Audit or BPO industry
Analytical and problem solving skills combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Project management skills
