Job Description:
DWS CFO is an extension of Deutsche Asset Management and supports the mandate and vision of the division to be the investment partner of choice in terms of providing accurate, timely, complete and independent reporting of DWS's financial position to internal and external stakeholders; defining DWS's strategic objectives; and, monitoring and evaluating DWS' performance to provide information that will drive decision making. The Manila Team operates in the delivery of the following services: Management Information Reporting (MI), Business Revenue, Financial Reporting, Finance Risk Management, Subgroup Consolidation, Reporting and Analysis, Infrastructure Finance Support, Transfer Pricing, Chief of Staff and Finance Director/ Manager Support, and Ad Hoc Reporting.
You will be primarily responsible for managing a team of finance & accounting professionals supporting DWS, an asset management company. You will be responsible for ensuring timely service delivery, people management, stakeholder management, and process improvements that will ensure optimum operational efficiency. You will work closely with other regional finance managers and business FDs to execute DWS strategic objectives and priorities. You may also handle your own book of work such as but not limited to analysis and reporting, as well as projects

Your key responsibilities:
Delivers integrated solutions to clients across a wide range of services worldwide
Supports Senior stakeholders in in planning and steering their business unit results
Produces as may be required daily/weekly/monthly/annual Operational/ Financial and/or management reports and analysis
Assist or perform project deliverables, reviews and studies
Supports the annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes
Support adhoc queries and report requirements of the Finance Director/ Managers in a timely & accurate manager
Keep all operational guidelines updated and ensure adherence to standards, procedures and also identify plan to mitigate risks where-ever there is a control issue
Work closely with off/onshore/PSC partners on projects, assignments and initiatives
Compliance to PSC governance policies and procedures around process maps, standard operating procedures and KPI and other metrics requirements and objectives.
Lead the restructuring and restatement process for DWS Infra Finance.
Deliver and land tasks and responsibilities relavant to projects and migrations as my be required.
Your skills and experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, or its Business-related equivalents with Accounting courses
People management experience in asset management products and business gained from the Financial Services or Asset Management industry
Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing large scale team and major project initiatives
