The Integrated Reporting Vice President is responsible for Subgroup Consolidation Specialist is responsible for the timely preparation of compliant Subgroup financials. This includes processing, regional coordination and oversight for APAC, EMEA, UK and US.

Your key responsibilities:
Perform the Orion Subgroup financial preparation process and monitor deadlines based on BCS Global Timelines set by the DB Group or Orion, and ensure that local subgroup specific requirements are circulated.
Monitor Orion Legal Entities in the month-end process and ensure that DB Group and Subgroup standalone requirements are met
Ensure that the information from head office, other SMEs are properly communicated or cascaded to the LVCs. Discussions or sufficient engagement should be done, as necessary.
Responsible in maintaining dashboard in terms of status of subgroup reporting to Deutsche Bank/Orion Head Office
With respect to Orion, ensure that the inter-unit elimination clearing process and transfer pricing for local subgroup internal items being performed by the utility in DB Group have been completed (i.e. breaks above threshold resolved).
Your skills and experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, or its Business-related equivalents with Accounting courses
Experience in financial analysis in accounting or audit gained from the Financial Services, Audit or BPO industry
Analytical and problem solving skills combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven leadership and negotiation skills
