JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a professional Food and Beverage Duty Manager to be responsible for managing all F&B and Hotel Operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience.
The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff and finance. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through out the Hotel Marketing Vision.
RESPONSIBILITIES::
- Duty Manager responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, ensuring employee productivity, monitoring efficiency of all processes and creating a positive work environment for employees. You will also meet regularly with upper management to stay up-to-date with organizational changes, issues and improvements.
- Ultimately, you will ensure all operations flow smoothly and help us meet our company goals and handling customer and employee issues
Overseeing operations, including maintenance, cleanliness and efficiency
- Ensuring that security and safety regulations are met
Keep track of monthly, quarterly and yearly goals and work with management to assess and improve processes and policies
- Monitor and report on revenue and cash flow, in upholding and enforcing company policies, and Train new hires.
- Address employee complaints or performance issues as needed and check in with employees regularly to determine satisfaction of their respected Scheduled shifts.
- Help management create the department’s budget and Address customer issues and complaints, as well to schedule regular maintenance and cleaning of facilities and meet regularly with upper management to stay informed on company issues and Oversee security of the facility
JOB QUALIFICATION
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
1. Work experience as a Duty F&B Manager or similar management role, with previous experience in the Hospitality industry preferred
2. Minimum of 4 years experience in the hospitality industry, with an emphasis on food and beverages.
2. Culinary or food service management experienced, may be advantageous.
In-depth knowledge of the food and hospitality industry.
3. Strong working knowledge of related computer software, including restaurant management software.
4. Ability to adhere to budgets and meet financial targets, as well as exceptional organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
5. Ability to forecast food and beverage needs and excellent customer service skills and Great delegation skills.
