Qualifications:
Must have at least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience as Duty Manager or its equivalent position in a reputable hotel​
Customer Service Oriented and has passion for the hospitality industry​
Exceptional Communication Skills​
What will be doing:
Oversees the day to day operations, alongside with Front Office Manager​
Ensures prompt courterons and accurate service to all guests to maximize customer satisfaction​
Prepare and send Night Reports on time, where applicable to Department Heads  & General Manager.​
