Job Description
The planner, organizer, controller, problem solver and reports to the AFOM, FOM, EAM or GM when necessary.
Monitors all arrivals & their room allocation.
To effectively handle all guest complaints and take corrective action to attain guest satisfaction.
Work Experience
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a luxury hotel/resort.
Preferably with knowledge in Opera system.
Completed Bachelor's degree preferably in hotel & restaurant management.
