Duty EngineerMalagos Agri-Ventures Coporation

Supervises and directs the daily activities of the engineering team
Monitors engineering activities to ensure adherence to established policies, operating procedures and standards
Forecasts to ensure the efficient and cost-effective operation of the department.
Handles any grievances, suggestions and complaints forwarded by colleagues and recommends appropriate action
Conducts regular communications meetings with all engineering colleagues
Submits a comprehensive monthly report to Executive Office.
Be familiar with and comply with all relevant Engineering Departmental policies processes and procedure
To ensure optimum use of utilities
To promote the values and guiding principals of the company
To partake in occupational health and safety initiatives and form part of the company's occupational health and safety committee
Must have atleast 2 years min experience in a similar position
Working knowledge in the Hospitality Industry is an advantage
