The Driver Support Associate is responsible for processing and ensuring accurate and timely execution of cash outs and KYC of Partner Driver
This position also covers the execution of processes and tasks of Driver Support Operations Team.
Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate and timely process and report of Driver cash outs
Responsible for approval and rejection of cash out requests
Ensure accurate process of GCash and Maya KYC of Partner Drivers
Follow up drivers with incorrect input of information
Distribution of Master cards to Partner Drivers
Assist drivers in resolving cash out and KYC concerns
Work closely with other departments to ensure accuracy of reports and alignment
Closely coordinate with GCash and Maya PICs for driver and/or transaction concerns
Prepare daily and weekly reports of Driver cash outs and KYC
Initiate and create process improvements for driver cash out and KYC
Monitor and maintain databases for cash out and KYC
Respond to other departments' concerns and inquiries related to Driver Support Operations
Provide general assistance to Driver Support Operations under Driver Retention Team
Requirements:
Microsoft Office literate
Knowledgeable in Google Suite tools
Accuracy and efficiency in data processing
Effective reporting and data presentation
Ability to manage administrative and clerical tasks
Attention to details
Cooperative personality and willingness to learn
Must be willing to work daily Makati office
