Job purpose
• Delivers finished goods and non-food items to all stores. Represents our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction.
Duties and responsibilities
• Prepares Finish Goods requests.
• Loading and unloading finished goods and Raw Materials.
• Double checking the delivered goods in the store during receiving to check if there are discrepancies.
• Deliver stores requests on time and safely through prioritizing storeswith pre-order requests.
• Vehicle maintenance & cleanliness such as vehicle inspection such as checking fluid level and tire pressure. Notify supervisors about any major repairs and maintenances.
• Checking of spoilages with the assistance of MPC Officer before disposal.
• Assists Purchasing Officer with external purchases.
• Responsible in making sure that all store's requests are delivered in good condition and at the same time if items being delivered are all correct.
• Immediately report vehicular accidents or injuries to the management.
• Follow local and state driving laws and road regulations.
• Maintain driving log such as odometer form, and truck temperature log
• Maintain cleanliness and good condition of food crates and food carts
• Coordinate with stores especially in 10 Dove Gelato team for any deliveries with the assistance of MPC Officer.
• Other operational and admin duties.
Qualifications
• With unexpired Professional Driver's License with 123 restrictions.
• With visual acuity of 20/50.
• With clean driving record.
• With willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures and transportation laws
