Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
Performs duties where driving company vehicles are required.
Assists Field Chemists in the conduct of Random Field Testing.
Specific Responsibilities
Performs driving tasks to area assigned that require transporting of staff to/from the workplace, pick up and/or delivery of samples, fuel marking supplies, equipment and documents.
In-charge of proper mobile lab equipment maintenance and cleanliness of assigned company vehicle.
Maintains a record of all trips indicating, as a minimum, the mileage and purpose per trip.
Performs daily checks on the company vehicle before and after use, to ensure that they are in good performance/running condition.
Promptly reports to immediate supervisor any involved vehicular-related incident resulting to damage on the company vehicle.
Assists fuel marking analysts or inspectors in fuel marking operations.
Secure fuel samples from gasoline stations, lorries, warehouses, storage tanks, etc. for testing in the mobile lab according to approved Sampling Procedures
Ensure that fuel samples are properly and completely labelled prior to submission for marker test.
Ensure that the actual fuel sampling process is video recorded
Complies with site and terminal rules and safety regulations.
Ensures compliance with the Group and national policies including but not limited to the maintenance of the Quality Management System
Qualifications
Education: at least high school graduate with valid professional driver's license (restriction 2)
Experience: with a minimum of 1year driving experience.
Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines (Specifically in Visayas and in Mindanao)
