DRAFTSMAN - PRIVATE AND PUBLIC WORKS
Position Overview
Responsible for creating accurate architectural and construction drawings for both private and public projects, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring designs comply with standards and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and update architectural drawings using CAD software.
Assist in project planning and on-site coordination.
Ensure designs and documentation meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Provide regular project updates to supervisors.
Support the team in achieving project deadlines efficiently.
Qualifications
Education: Graduate of Any Drafting or related course.
Experience: At least 4 years in Architectural Drafting or Construction Projects
Technical/Functional Skills: Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp), understands measurement systems, detail-oriented,
strong time management, able to work under pressure.
Certifications and Licenses: None required, but relevant certification is a plus.
