Submit project specific, custom-drawn roofing details and roofing product information utilizing AutoCAD, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat Professional, Pictometry, Google Earth and extensive internet research.
Interpret architectural prints and specifications to draw (via AutoCAD) project specific shop drawings of roofing details according to roofing system manufacturer s requirements to ensure integrity and warranty of roofing systems.
Draw via AutoCAD safety systems for Fall Protection that include plan views of the roof and where and what type of specific safety system items are located.
While the role is remote-based, the candidate must be presently living in the Philippines, and a Filipino national.
Good communication skills.
This is a permanent work from home set-up.
Day shift, Monday to Friday.
