Job Description:
Salary: P60,000 to P80,000 (Monthly Package)
Schedule: Monday - Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM AEST)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
Experience in Drafting within Commercial Construction Industry
Proficient in AutoCAD, drawing take-offs, and detailed computer input
Skilled at interpreting and analyzing architectural drawings
Demonstrates exceptional design technology skills and proficiency in MS Word and Excel
Passionate about providing exceptional customer service, building rapport, and resolving issues efficiently
Nice to Have:
Payroll creation and processing
Xero Software
What will you do?
Interpret architectural drawings and producing shop drawings using AutoCAD.
Produce and send accurate drawings to the CAD team.
Ensure drawings are presentable and ready for submission with document transmittals to the builders/clients for their approval prior to manufacture.
Provide comprehensive support to the design team, including actioning and following up on inquiries.
Manage all emails for Accounts, Admin and Rentals.
Monitor team channels and address queries from managers and tradesmen efficiently.
