DORMITORY SUPERVISOR/OFFICER IN CHARGE
Assigned in Molave Suites
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any 4-year Business related Course or BSHRM
Preferably Female, computer literate, and with a background in Hotel or Service Industry
Experience in event coordinator and material handling
Honest, loyal and hardworking.
Must be flexible, a team player, and with good interpersonal skills
Good analytical skills, proactive, enthusiastic, polite, and responsible
Must possess excellent communication skills, strong leadership, self-motivated, assertive and customer-oriented
Able to work with a wide variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment under time constraints
Work experience for at least 1 year as a Supervisor is an advantage
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Ensures Outstanding customer care at all times.
Maintains a friendly, professional, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times.
Coordinate functions event
Accurately answers inquiries from potential guests and accepts reservations.
Consistently resolves guest problems and complaints in an efficient manner while demonstrating a sense of urgency.
Respond to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, Molave information and guest concerns in a timely fashion.
Resolves customer issues, complaints and problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a
High level of customer satisfaction and quality service.
Performs other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.
