We are a seafood export manufacturing firm based in Mactan Economic Zone 1, Lapu-Lapu City,  Cebu, Philippines. We manufacture pasteurized canned crabmeat, frozen tuna, block frozen shrimps,  cooked sliced octopus, & other seafood products to US, Europe, and Asian markets.
 
We are in need of:
 
DOMESTIC SALES ASSISTANT
 
Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities and increase sales in the existing customer base.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve domestic sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships with key domestic clients and stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
Analyze customer feedback and adjust marketing strategies to meet market demands.
Prepare reports on sales performance, marketing KPIs, and customer feedback.
Lead and motivate the sales and marketing teams to ensure high levels of performance.
Coordinate between sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of strategies.
Prepare and manage budgets for both sales and marketing initiatives.
Negotiate terms with clients and vendors to maximize sales opportunities and profitability.
Qualifications:
Graduate of business administration, marketing, sales, or any related field is preferred
With 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food industry or market segment
With experience preferably in a sales environment.
Has strong verbal and written communication abilities
Has strong leadership skills, negotiation, analytical, problem solving, and organization skills
