Description
Will provide assistance to the Refinery Supervisor in the routine documentation activities of the Refinery and Shortening Department. This includes preparation, monitoring, and update of manpower and overtime request, drafting needed (external and internal) reports and correspondence for the department under the guidance of the Refinery Supervisor. Acts as custodian of the Documented Information , ensures all records and documents complies with the Document Control procedure of the Company.
