Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree holder in Business Administration, Public Administration or equivalent degrees
With real estate experience is an advantage
With working knowledge/familiarity of SEC and BIR requirements, as well as pertinent rules and regulations;
Proficient in MS Office applications
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, organized and can multitask
Can work with less supervision
Must have the ability to work independently and take initiative to set priorities and see projects through to completion.
