Develop all necessary documentation to ensure optimum performance of field personnel regarding the use of the products, E360, or any other solution deployed for the project
Functions:
Gather the information about the functionality and product features to suit the needs of the project.
Ensure that the generated documentation of the product complies with the corporate and organization standards, writing, spelling and consistency according to the methodology.
Prepare the documents that have been identified by the Coordinator of Documentation as required for assigned product.
Develop support material required for presentations to staff and/or client users.
Perform all necessary documentation (manuals, presentations and protocols) to ensure the operability and good performance of field personnel in the activities undertaken in each of the stages of the event.
Collect, store and keep all the documentation generated of the product.
Prepare training materials required for training workshops related to the use of the product.
Inform to Documentation Coordinator any situation that may impact the project delivery date or any other topic of interest that should be known.
Qualifications
Degree or student in Organization and Systems or similar.
Two (2) years in documentation and processes or similar.
Able to read, write and talk in English in a professional way.
Drafting and construction of manuals.
Information gathering techniques.
Using text editors.
Knowledge in the MS office suite, especially Word, and PowerPoint
Management of technical terms related to computer science.
Documentation of information technology systems (without limitation).
Willing to work for a project based employment
