- Must be a college graduate with bachelors degree or equivalent
- Serves as custodian of all statutory documentations and vessel drawings
- Responsible for safe keeping of company and managed vessels certificates, class survey reports etc.
- Coordinate with Liaison Officer and relevant department for all certificates and documents to be updated.
- Prepares and request budget for external and internal audits.
- Performs other function as required
