Qualification
? Maintain and update various registers for document control and filing of documents, contracts and
other necessary material in line with the defined standards.
? Send invoices to Finance and follow up on their payments in order to ensure that all payments are
made in a timely manner.
? Assist in the preparation of business proposals, memos, internal and external correspondence to
facilitate swift execution.
? Ensure that all project files are complete and required documents and approval memos can be
easily tracked.
? Responsible for secretarial and administration duties.
? Partake in operational compliance (call tree exercise, Business continuity etc).
? Issuing of LPO's and follows up the signatures.
? Ensure that all project files are complete.
